NOVE COLLI 2021 Cesenatico

NOVE COLLI, the 50th edition of the long distance cycling - Patent Apennine 9 hills. Like every year, thousands of cyclists from all over Europe will gather on the harbor of Cesenatico to reach the bends and steep slopes of the Apennines of Romagna, exceeding 9 hils with a maximum gradient of 18% on the legendary climb of Barbotto.
The end of the route is along Carducci street at Cologna AGIP Cesenatico.
The event, also known as Nove Colli Marco Pantani in honor of the famous champion of Cesenatico, an event that all cycling enthusiasts never lose.

The race includes two types of routes both starting and finishing in Cesenatico: the first of 200 km (89 km uphill) and the other for amateurs, 130 km (50 km uphill). Since opening in May 1971, when the event had only 17 participants, after several years nowadays the Nove Colli is the best known cycling event of the Adriatic Coast and between the most famous in Italy. The cycling event, thanks to the different variants of difficulty, is able to reconfirm every year aficionados cyclists and call the attention of young athletes from all over the world.
